My father was evicted from his apt last month. He did get to move his things out and the LL put a writ of possession on his door. I went by the get my possessions that I had stored there. The LL would not release my things to me and is actually fighting me in court(on March 7th) for them. I now have power of attorney over my dad, will this help at all in getting my things back?
